Applicants must meet age requirements (women 35+, men 40+) and provide truthful, accurate information. Misrepresentation of age, relationship status, or identity may result in immediate removal from the service without refund.

Consent-Based Introductions

All introductions require explicit consent from both parties. Personal contact details are never shared without mutual agreement. Either party may decline an introduction without explanation.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Ola Matchmaking provides screening, curation, and introductions only. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to dates, relationships, or marriage. Success depends on many factors beyond our control.

Service Window & Expiry

Standard Matchmaking: 3-month service window from pack delivery. Priority Matchmaking: 6-month service window from pack delivery. Unused contact releases expire at the end of your service window and cannot be carried forward or refunded.

Release Schedule

Standard schedule: Stage 1, on pack delivery: up to 3 contacts. Week 6: up to 2 additional contacts if needed. Service window: 3 months from pack delivery, unused releases expire. Max contact details released: 5 out of 7. Priority schedule: Stage 1, on pack delivery: up to 3 contacts. Week 8: up to 2 additional contacts if needed. Week 16: final 2 contacts if needed. Service window: 6 months from pack delivery, unused releases expire. Max contact details released: 7 out of 7. Criteria revisions are limited to one per release stage.

Refund Policy

Data Privacy & Deletion

Your information is used solely for screening and service delivery. We do not sell data to third parties. You may request complete deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing ola@oconceptholdings.ie. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
